First significant storm on Friday ?
« on: January 22, 2013, 08:27:46 AM »
First significant storm on Friday Jan. 25th

Early models are showing 5-8" of snow for the Philly area, this includes Washington, Delaware, Trenton, and NYC.
It still could go to far out to sea and we see less snow, and possibly chance to freezing rain for a period.
The air will be plenty cold over the next few days.

I'll will post updates as I look at the models.

The Latest model runs have lost the storm, I usually don't like to live by model run to model run.
but we will see if the storm comes back over the next couple runs.

Well the models never got the storm back, there is still about .10" of liquid with this storm so we still may get 1-3 inches depending where you live.  some will get 1" and some with 3"

I don't think any major changes will show up on tonight's 00z model run, if it does i'll post accordingly.
